Management of Drug users
Under the terms of the new GMS Contract, this practice has opted out of providing this service. Patients who require this service who are registered with the practice for normal medical services will require to obtain this service from another provider. Lothian Health Board is responsible for commissioning this service
Independent Advice and Support for all NHS Users
If you have a complaint or enquiry about any NHS Services and would like independent advice and support to pursue it, this can be provided by the Citizen’s Advice Bureau which offer specialist advice from qualified staff who have been employed to liaise with NHS staff. Translation or Interpreting Services
NHS Lothian has a contract for Translation or Interpreting Services with the City of Edinburgh Council. If your first language is not English and you think access to an interpreter would be helpful please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
